2. Geographic scope and topic
This website and our sales are directed at consumers in the European Union and the EEA; we are based in Germany. We sell food supplements only. Our products are not medicines and are not presented as treating, curing or preventing any disease. Our website and advertising comply with applicable policies (including Google Ads where applicable).
3. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post). You may use the model withdrawal form we provide, but it is not obligatory.
4. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
5. Exceptions
Your right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery (e.g. supplements), where applicable under national law. We will inform you before you order if such an exception applies.
6. Defective goods
If goods are defective, you have statutory rights (e.g. repair, replacement, reduction in price, or withdrawal). Contact us with your order details and a description of the defect so we can resolve the matter.
